6 Green Bell Pepper, sliced thinly
3 Red Bell Peppers, sliced thinly
4 Onions, diced
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 Heads Garlic, minced
36 Pieces of Bone in Chicken Thighs
1 - 5 Lb. Pork Loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
10 Spanish Chorizo Sausages, sliced into ¼" rounds
