Ingredients
  • 2 Frozen Bananas, Cut into 1” Pieces
  • 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple, Cut into 1" Pieces
  • 2 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach, Packed
  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Toasted Flax Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons Matcha (green tea powder)
  • 1 Teaspoon Finely Grated Fresh Ginger
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a powerful blender on high speed and blend until smooth.

This Vegan recipe was adapted from one I found on BonAppetit.com called The Greenest Smoothie. It tastes earthy with just the right amount of sweetness and is full of antioxidant richness.
