There is no better way to start the morning than with these tangy and slightly sweet pancakes. Serve with melted butter, warm syrup and fruit on the side.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate medium size mixing bowl beat the eggs.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, milk and sour cream to the eggs.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  6. Brush griddle lightly with butter.
  7. Pour pancake mixture onto hot griddle.
  8. Cook until bubbles form and begin to pop.
  9. Flip pancakes over and cook until golden brown, about 1 minute.
  10. Serve with melted butter and warm syrup.
  11. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes about 24 medium size pancakes.
