BLUE CHEESE AND ROSEMARY PINWHEELS

Serves: 12 pinwheels
- 1 Sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, Thawed
- 5 Ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Diced Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Large Egg, Beaten with 1 Teaspoon of Water (Egg Wash)
- Additional Rosemary for Garnish
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Butter a 13" x 18" baking pan
- Open the sheet of thawed puff pastry.
- Using a rolling pin, roll into a rectangular shape, making it as thin as possible.
- Sprinkle the blue cheese over the pastry dough, leaving a ½" border.
- Sprinkle on the fresh rosemary.
- Starting on the long side of the dough, roll the pastry until you reach the last 1".
- Brush the remaining border with egg wash.
- Seal up the roll. Brush the roll with egg wash.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into approximately twelve, ½-inch-thick pieces.
- Place the rounds on your prepared baking dish & lightly brush with egg wash.
- Bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
