THE WORLD'S BEST RED POTATO SALAD RECIPE

- 1 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- 5 Lbs Red Potatoes, Washed and Cut Into ½ Cubes
- 1 Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 5 Celery Stalks (including several tender inner stalks and leaves), diced
- 1 Bunch Flat Leaf Italian Parsley, Minced
- 3 Heaping Tablespoons Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
- 2-1/2 Cups Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Coarse Ground Pepper
- Paprika and Parsley Leaf For Garnish
- Place cubed potatoes in a large pot, cover with water and add 1 teaspoon salt.
- Boil the potatoes until fork tender. Drain and cool.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
- Mix to combine.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper to your liking.
- Garnish with paprika and a sprig of parsley.
- Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
