CELIA'S AWARD WINNING DRY RUB RECIPE

- 1 Cup Kosher Salt
- ¼ Cup Coarse Ground Pepper
- ¼ Cup Garlic Powder
- ¼ Cup Paprika
- ½ Cup Dry Parsley
- Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid.
- Coat your favorite meat, poultry or fish item with extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle meat to taste with dry rub, being careful not to contaminate the rub with juices from the raw meat.
- Massage the rub into all sides of the meat.
- Cook meat on the grill or in the oven, using a dry-heat method of preparation.
- This amount of dry rub will coat several large cuts of meat so you will likely not be using the entire amount at one time.
- ENJOY!
The remaining rub can be stored in an airtight container indefinitely at room temperature.
