Have you heard???
We closed escrow on our latest fixer-upper, The House On Victoria Court!! I’m so excited about this 1930s gem that I have already designed the entire home so we can move full steam ahead on a quick renovation. Stay tuned for frequent progress reports.
As I mentioned in this week’s post entitled, Creative Ways to Use Roof Tile in Home Décor, I may put a metal roof on this cabin. Going Shopping On Sunday
As I’ve mentioned numerous times on this blog, I do a lot of online shopping. That’s because I live 6000 feet above sea level where few shopping opportunities exist. It takes me almost an hour to get to my favorite stores, so Amazon Prime has become my shopping mall of choice. By now I imagine even city dwellers are Amazon Prime members, correct? You are too, right? Well, for us Amazon Prime devotes I’ve got a treat for you. It’s a Golden Globe Winning series you can enjoy for free as a Prime member and it’s called, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. It’s an absolute hoot!!!

Two of my very favorite places to shop are Costco and Trader Joe’s. What I can’t stock up on at Costco I usually pick up at Trader Joe’s. So, when I ran across this article on one of my favorite websites, Kitchn.com, that compared the best selling items from each store, I was all over that. Not surprising, Costco prices were lower in almost every case, but, each store gives us a different reason to love them. Want to read the article? Click here.
